The mhs homes group is made up of three clear divisions. The core business, mhs homes owns and manages 7,500 homes in the Medway area, runs 21 retirement housing schemes, builds and provides affordable accommodation for key workers and partners community regeneration projects.

In addition there is a commercially operated division which encompasses responsive repairs specialists mhs contractors and the Strood Property Shop "living". The third division of the group is mhs community charity.

The NET Logo

The charitable arm of the group - mhs community charity (charity number 1080067) was set up in 2000 to deliver community based projects in and around the Medway area, the charity has focus on young people under the age of 25 and numerous successful housing and community projects under it's belt. - an example of this is the Kickback project which works with local schools, and The Net Cafe in Weedswood, Chatham.
